Cookbook editor Colleen Kirk (Kathryn Kohut) moves from New York City to the quiet suburb of charming Sunny Vista to get away from a secret of her own. Her mother, Vanessa, is now in prison for faking her own kidnapping and she needs to start over. Colleen soon discovers that her neighbors in Sunny Vista are a very snoopy lot who keep up with the neighborhood gossip via a Neighbor News app that has become the obsession of the town.
